         Thank you for your interest in and support for the 4th International Symposium on Power Electronics and Control Engineering (ISPECE2021). The ISPECE2021 conference, originally scheduled for September 10-12 in Nanchang, China, has been postponed to September 16-19. September 19 is the 50th Anniversary of East China Jiaotong University (ECTU), the organizer, and a number of academicians have been invited to attend the forum. ISPECE2021 participants and scholars are invited to attend the conference on a voluntary basis.
